DescriptionDay 1 (Thursday) Start at the eastern end of Lake Superior Trail. Hike west and camp somewhere near the junction of LST and Big Carp River Trail Day 2 (Friday) Hike the BCRT and camp at Lake of the Clouds Day 3 (Saturday) East on the Escarpment Trail, then take the Government Peak Trail to Govt Peak. Camp somewhere near Govt Peak. Day 4 (Sunday) Hike out Some of us may get there early on Wednesday and do some exploring. There are many options to consider, including a loop in the southern part of the park and a stay at Mirror Lake. At the latest, I hope to get there before dark on Wednesday night, then stay at one of the campgrounds near the visitor's center.
