Description

I am planning on accessing the wilderness by train from durango to elk park trailhead. from there loop around to needleton trailhead via elk creek, CDT, vallecito, and johnson creek. then back to durango which i will be flying into. i have gone solo in the past and don't mind it, but would not mind having some company either, and i am open to suggestion about the route.
