Description

On MLK weekend, hike the A.T. into Duncannon from the north, about 18 total miles south from PA 325/Clarks Valley.

Plan is to hike in a little ways on Friday night and hike some more on Saturday with a shorter hike out on Sunday. Whether we'll go northbound or southbound will depend on weather, interest in definitely tenting vs. trying for in/near shelters, etc.

A few of us hiked in from the south last year. We liked visiting the Doyle, though other observations were too searingly memorable to post, even on TT. Come on the trip to ask if you're curious...
