This is very short shuttle with elevations between 3500 and maybe 5000. Te campsites don't seem to stand out. 2. Start at Treemont. Derrick Knob Thur, Russel Field Fri, and 10 on Sat. Short shuttle. Elev 2000 to 5500 or so 3. Start at Treemont and hike to 28 for Thur night. Silers Bald or Double Spring Gap Fri and 23 on Sat. Elev 2000 to 5500 or so. Cocoa and I went over this one a good bit with the trail guide and we'd like to suggest #3. There don't appear to be any really big climbs, but we get to elevation and stay there. We only have one night in a shelter and have 2 to choose from since they're about 2 miles apart. I've been around Treemont and it's beautiful. Cocoa and I have hiked the Goshen Prong before as has TownDawg and can vouch for how pretty it is. The 3 of us have hiked it upstream which is why I'm suggesting doing Tremont upstream and going downstream on Goshen Prong. This will put 2 nights on pretty creeks and 1 night at elevation.
