“Yo Bears, I am hard at BP the 5 flights of stairs at a condo on Treasure Island! Its awesome. Headin to OH on the 20th. Then back to do some TRIPS! No takers yet for the glades. Perhaps, it is meant that I solo this one.”

“Happy new year, from frigid Key West!Ever glades on Mon! Yahooo!”

“Yo bears! I am alive and doing well. Have seen some awesome sights. First stop, was in ARKANSAS, and visited the Mozart and Mather( See his trip report above!)Car camped along the national seashore from galveston TX to Fl. Visited Pemsit and Turtle, Did some neat hikes,Pem took me to NAS musuem and I bailed out of an airplane, luckly I was only 4 feet above ground, BUT I freefalled, LOL. Canoe trips,Blackwater river. (YES I tipped, BUT Patogina cap did its job and dried on me!)Moved to FT walton and stayed with friends. Camped on St Georges Island,Missed connection with OM, then into St Pete for 5 days in a condo, on the beach. Flew home for Xmas. Returned to Orlando and headed for the keys.Key west New Years was VERY different! But it was fun 1-1-01 Evergldes- Cougar, in the glades as well as aligators(currently dormant, so to speak, Low Low metabolic rate. Logs would be a good description. Everglade was nice did the costal prarie trail, to sable beach, well not quite that far. Chose to camp at flamingo. Did another hike on the old road trail, forget the name, DUH. Have been car camping along the Atlantic and many rivers. I am currently in Mimms, FL, headin North and then west into ocala NF. St Augustine and daytona today. Then Inland. Been out a couple of months and just now getting the hang of things! Brought too tooo much clothes! Eatin good. gainin weight, drivin is sedentary, thus no cal burn! OH well!I am having a blast, even if the weather is cool! Thats life! Miss the threads but I am on a journey.Gettin paid to "look for work" is the berries.Hang tough and lookin forward to hookin up with some of you as I make my way NORTH.
