Along the lines of Dances with Wolves, how about "Sleeps with Bagless in KY" for jmgardner?

Spam, next time you get them developed, have them do a CD, too. That's how I did mine.

RE: Red River Gorge Trip Report
It weren't squeaky wheels, Spam - it was all the rattlin'. The dang thing sounded like a wagon bouncing down a rutty road.

Ya know, tho -
I believe a good top of the line model handtruck with inflated tires would be the cat's meow in alot of situations.

Maybe some kind of cart, too. The Park Service provides two-wheeled carts at Cumberland Island for campers at Seacamp. They're fairly sizable, and feature bicycle tires - nice and quiet.

This reminds me of BS's sarcastic post about developing a golf cart w/ trailer for trail use.

Everyone, the trip was great! No internet psychos - or so I may think... RRG is definitely a place to go back to explore A LOT more.

Thanks to everyone for the awesome tips and advice. Bagless in KY (or SpaceBlanket)and I tried to write everything down on our trip home. Too much to remember everything! We can't wait to see more pictures! :)

Later dudes,
Jackie

We will just have to try those apples with a SPAM and egg burrito!

My old CD handle was jack-o-lantern... I could just go back to an old stand-by name.

Well Cow Patty, I really regret not finding that intial site now! lol

But, to be quite honest, if I had found you guys, I'd have missed out on the Photon light show! WOW, what a cool gadget! I have got to get me one of those!

My BIGGEST regret is that I didn't get to spend much time getting to know everyone. My fault. Everybody was really great. Once again, thanks for the warm welcome. There's nothing like hiking in the dark, coming across a cozy campfire and having your name called out like an old friend. Thanks everybody! Lookin' forward to the next time!

RE: Red River Gorge Trip Report
LOL... I warned ya! Normally it's not too bad, but I drank a couple of beers and that makes it worse!

It may have sounded like snoring, but really it's an ancient Japanese buddhist 'anti-bear' mantra... and it works like a charm!

I second Spam's remarks. Nice Pics DUDE. I'm hoping to get some scanning done over the weekend. My pics from the RRG trip are not a nice as I would like. It seems that one can never take a enough pictures.

Who do you think has the best place to set up a photo album page? Beside Phil's of course.

That camera is kinda heavy but gets pretty good results so it's worth the weight.

Yeah Rad. That picture was screaming for a little something extra. So do you want the cookie, the crown, or the beer? LOL

Don't wait too long on that one, ape. Just long enough for them to be able to carry a pack full o' beer. You want them to get used to that load before they decide to start demanding a part of the load for payment!
