As I said, I had no doubt that things like that - a democrat and a communist being in the same picture actually happened. You showed a video that seemed to be slightly retouched but probably not faked. It also showed the two people the Democrat and the Communist did not interact. It looks like the photo and video were not faked - the picture still looks photo-shopped.

“'Occupy' Protesters Splatter Blood, Urine On Food Carts After Vendors Stop Free Service...

......Coffee cart owner Linda Jenson and hot dog cart operators Letty and Pete Soto said they initially provided free food and drink to demonstrators, but when they stopped, the protesters became violent.

And according to one city councilman, bodily fluids were used in the attacks.

�Both carts have had items stolen, have had their covers vandalized with markings and graffiti, as well as one of the carts had urine and blood splattered on it,� said Councilman Carl DeMaio.

The damages will likely require at least a complete cleaning if not a replacement of the cart covers, DeMaio said.

In addition to the attacks, the vendors also said they recently received death threats.....

“On 11-04-2011, Officers of the Eureka Police Department responded to several crimes involving subjects who appear to be affiliated with the �Occupy Eureka� group.

At about 8:09 am, Officers responded to the 5th Street branch of US Bank for a biohazard report. A US Bank representative reported that she came to work to find an unknown subject(s) had urinated and defecated in the entry way to the bank. This is the second occurrence of this type at US Bank this week.

While taking the biohazard report, the officer was also advised that a complaint had been made to US Bank by a customer concerning being surrounded and harassed by subjects from the �Occupy� group, when they attempted to use the US Bank ATM.

At about 10:04 am, the Eureka Police Department responded to the �Occupy Eureka� campsite at the Humboldt County Courthouse for an assault report. Officers contacted members of the media, who had been assaulted while interviewing members of �Occupy Eureka�. The media reported that while they were conducting an interview, an �Occupy Eureka� member stepped forward and pushed the camera man and reporter. He then fled.

Also recovered at the �Occupy Eureka� campsite was a stolen Walgreens sign which was returned to Walgreens.


The Eureka Police Department would like to warn citizens to be cautious when using the ATMs or banking in the downtown area of Eureka, due to increased aggressive behavior by this group.

Occupy Boston has been encouraging protesters to take showers, hot meals and shelter meant for the homeless, prompting a St. Francis House manager to ask the downtown campers to remove directions from their Internet newspaper.

The online publication that calls itself �Occupy Boston Globe� posts meal times and shower hours at St. Francis House on Boylston Street, which runs on private donations and state and federal funding.
