“I have the date at about June '08. I had finished a new roof on a garage in the back yard (visible to the trained eye), but had not yet built the new mailboxes (visible to the untrained eye). This is actually where my brother lives. I spent the mid and latter part of that summer on a construction project with his company - at which time I woulda been away during work hours.

“I found me in New Orleans on google earth. The image was recorded between mid March and mid April 2006 (after the storm) But zooming in on google maps brings a more updated image. I'm thinking that street level image was shot summer 2008.”

“The satellite overhead predates the 3D street level stuff at Lucky St. Alot of the roads I've checked do have the ground level shots - I'd say half. Then again, I haven't checked many because I'm sure they haven't been down those pig trails.
