The Reality of Global Warming

“For some time I have been asking for the REAL numbers of the global temperatures. I've asked the question several times saying, if the global temperatures are in fact rising as is claimed, we should easily be able to get that information. As much as it is researched, why aren't scientists touting these numbers as proof that the earth's global temperature is in fact ... wait for it ... "warming".

UM non...this is a non criminal case. Additionally the evidence was not gained by a law enforcement agency. Much like if a robber was taking donations from your house and finds you Dead and calls the cops. A citizen may violate certain search and siezure actions if they are not representatives of the law.
