Ken, can you fix the contact email at the bottom of every page so that elise is not the contact person. That should be pretty easy if you are truly in charge here. Thats like a 3 second fix. It would go a long way toward establishing your credibility.

This is a perfectly reasonable thing for Ken to do, if he is real. As a matter of fact, if I were the new webmaster of a website, it would have been the first thing I would have done. The fact that Ken has not done such a simple and reasonable thing is, in my mind, proof positive that he is just another troll.

Smoother from the perspective of someone who cant handle the forum without a babysitter, yes. Those who left in the wake of the sarge wars have been slowly returning (against all their promises - LMAO), and the smarmy/puerile factor as been rising accordingly. And that marks a decline in the je ne sais quoi that is the heart of this forum.

“I disagree. Mutt has, since the first time I saw his posts, struck me as someone who enjoys verbal combat and likes to bash other people. He seems to enjoy the hostile free for alls and the name calling and is quite honest about it.

Mutt has also posted about gear, made intelligent remarks about gear and engaged in constructive discussions about gear that I learned from.
