FBI Makes Federal Case of Swastika

The FBI is investigating the discovery of a painted swastika at the office of Rep. David Scott , D-Ga., who is among the lawmakers drawing the most attention for exchanges with constituents at town-hall meetings on health care.

“The Atlanta office FBI has received information from U.S. Congressman David Scott’s office concerning vandalism at his Smyrna, Georgia office. Based on the nature of the reported incident, the FBI is investigating this matter together with the Smyrna Police Department as well as the U.S. Capitol Police,” said Special Agent Stephen Emmett.
