The Fox Den Again!! On the Tecumseh Trai l

“Hey All!
Hikinmachine is trying to get a hike in since he wussed out on the last Adena Trace trip.

I can make a Friday night camp there (5/15/2009) and maybe do some day hiking that PM or Saturday AM… If anyone wants to meet me at the trailhead sometime early Friday PM. that would work out just great!! I was thinking we could camp in the White Pines about a mile or so south of the parking lot. Then everyone could meet up for the rest of the hike on Saturday.

I was thinking about parking at the Morgan/Monroe property office and hiking down to Low Gap Road and then on to the first stand of White pines south of there. If I remember correctly, they are at the bottom of first climb up to the Tecumseh trail. I am pretty sure that it is close to two miles from Low Gap Road Trailhead.

Oh yeah, I am working on a trip to Pictured Rocks sometime this summer (NCT 42 miles) You interested?
