“I really like the SD Clip Flashlite. I have the fast pack floor which makes it about 2.5 lbs.”
“nemster - Eureka Spitfire.”
“As long as I have enough room to put my pack in there with me so I'm not looking like I'm molesting it I will be happy.”
“Does anyone have one of these?? http://www.overstock.com/Sports-Toys/Teton-Sports-Scout-3400-Internal-Frame-Backpack/3586931/product.html

“No, but I love the orange one!
I have an Ariel pack. It is great pack, I loved my Golite Trek but with my back I couldn't carry it anymore. The Ariel is very comfy and doesn't put any strain on my back.”
“well I just bought the orange one they are a little on the heavy side but they have pretty good reviews I'll let you know how it is when it arrives for $60 and $1 shipping I thought what the hay.

“I also found a deal on a big bend. I like it because it has the same setup as my solitaire only bigger. Does anyone have one or know how this one is?”
“Just wanted to let you all know that the ccoutdoor store link that I gave you is pretty much a joke...
They confirmed my original purchase of the Granite Gear Nimbus Latitude only to come back a day later and say they were out of stock...
I then turned around and ordered a Granite Gear Vapor Latitude commenting how I couldn't believe a company could confirm a credit card purchase without having the item in stock...
Well guess what? 48 hors after ordering the second pack, I received an email stating that that Back Pack is out of stock as well....
They want me to call them so they can discuss what backpacks they do have.. What is the point of havine a freaking website?
According to the note, their backpacks are selling out faster then they can pull them off of their sight...
ITS 2009!!!!!!!!!!!! You can't come up with a better site then that?!?!?!?!? What a crock of &^*&*%...
I figured since I had originally mentioned the site here, I would warn you how bad it really is...
“Got my new pack yesterday. Can't wait to try it out.”
good deal Atmos 50
“I used an Atmos 50 in '05 and still have it. Great pack!”
Got a call from C&COutdoor on Friday.. Apparently they found a Granite Gear Latitude Vapor and it is on its way!!!!!!!!! $119 + 7 for shipping...
Just in time for an SNP overnight this weekend...
“If it is anything like the Vapor Trail, you will love it”
“What's the difference? I want the vapor trail...”
“Only noticible difference was the vapor trail does not have a hood or lid. It may be lighter as well.”
“AlexD, I don't know if you are still looking for a knife, but my favorite is a Mora knife.
They are less than $20, super sharp, and very durable. They are on ebay, and those from Erickson or Frost are direct descendants from the original maker, Erik Frost.
I know that yoga mat would not work for me. Even a thermarest is not enough for me to be comfortable any more. However, a youth can sleep on a rock and be fine. My hip and shoulder bones need more padding, so they don't bottom out when I lay on my side. I need a thick air mattress like a Big Agnes for a good night's sleep.”
“Vapor trail is top loading.. Latitude vapor is front loading with zippers that either open from the top or bottom..
teh both hold about 30Lb, with the latitude vapor holding 3800c.i. vs 3600 in thr vapor...
I wanted the latitude for the front loading capability...
“Idaho bob........I agree, I can't sleep straight on the ground anymore. And a yoga mat????????might as well make a pile of leaves.”
