Sipsey Spring '09 - Big Tree, Big Water

“a CAR CAMPING / DAY HIKING TRIP...So you can bring the grill, a cooler or two, fill a pickup with Fire Wood....Pit toilets, water from a tap, a fishing pier, and within a hundred yards, full toilet/shower facilities with hot water and flush toilets....

All that and all the hiking in Sipsey ya kin crowd into a three or four day weekend.....
(NOTE: Each site is $5.00 per day, with Picnic tables, Lantern Stands, Grills and Fire Rings). No water or electric although water is available from stand pipes in three or so locations within the campground.

Stovie this one is for you Bro...bring the Teardrop and a chair and cuddle up next to the Far.....

Did I mention this is a good place for a creek boat kayak?

“It looks like this is the opening weekend of the kids spring break. I'll just have to see what we have planned for the holiday. Last year we wanted to go beach camping but reservations were full. We'll see about this year. I probably won't know until January sometime, but hope I can make it.”
