Hiking into Damascus for Trail Days

“I talked with Bob Peoples from the Kincora Hostel. He charges $4 per night (but will take any donations above that offered) and will charge us $30 per car load to get to Hwy 91 on Tuesday. He did say that this time of year is busy for him and he doesn't take reservations. It's a first come basis. If he doesn't have any beds we can set up our tents. I am planning on leaving my vehicle at his place and getting a ride back there after the hike.”

“It's supposed to rain for the next 10 days in Damascus. Maybe that means it won't rain for a while after that and we'll stay dry on the trail.”
