Begginer Wilderness Adventure/Hiking Tou rs

“I am a casual lover of the outdoors - hiking, fishing, camping for sometime, probably considered slightly above beginner. I am looking for recommendations or good resources about week long guided wilderness tours for fall or spring. I am currently looking for something in the fall/spring, mountain regions of the US and/or Canada. I am not looking for anything too strenuous but more scenic and serene. In terms of accomodations I am looking for lightweight wilderness camping.
