A buddy of mine saw a segment on the History Channel about Bulleit Bourbon so he bought me a bottle for Christmas. It's the best bourbon I've had so far. I put it above Woodford Reserve which is tough to beat. 90 proof yet smooth as silk with no bite. And $20 a bottle is tough to beat.

I had half a bottle last Friday night.”

Ommegang is my favorite American brewed beer! It's right up there with Chimay. There is a big international store near me that sometimes has Ommegang for $2.99 a 750ml bottle.”

“Thats a great price Nigal. I paid $8.50 for mine. I justified it by drinkin it as slow as wine. I think it may be a favorite domestic brewery of mine as well. It's just not over done.”
