Sassafras - No laps today, at least, not yet. Last night was aikijutsu class. Today I had a long meeting as I was signed-up for cardiac rehab, which will start tomorrow.”

“EarthNsky - Everything is going good this morning, except my car is not going anywhere until SS hits. Today will be easy; The Golden Cue at 11, Cardiac Rehab at 1 and Martial Arts at 8.

How's it going with you?”

“sounds like a fun day. hope the cardio rehab goes well.”

“Thanks, Sassafras. I expect it will be a strong, but controlled workout. It should be much better than what I usually do in the gym and weight room. Right now I have to finish my Rehab homework(?).”

It's going pretty well. It's almost 70 degrees here and cloudy, but pretty much a nice day.

I go to the dentist today to get drilled.. not so much looking forward to it, but tonight, Lyra and I will probably go to our favorite italian restaurant, so life is quite good!”

“Hi, cyndeee. I'm back living alone in my trailer. Yes, I bicycle every day from one to three miles. Mainly I just ride around the trailer park.

Are you ready for another trip. I can make one during the next four weeks, except on one of the Saturdays, when I expect to take my Black Belt Test in Aikijutsu. Upon which Saturday has not been decided, yet.

Early in March I hope to start hiking the 563-miles Finger Lakes Trail in New York. I'm about to send for the maps.

EarthNsky - The same to you. I was just thinking about you, after I saw your name pop up on the get up! thread. Then I was surprised as this thread showed up. Hope you're getting along OK. Maybe you can join me along the Finget Lakes Trail in NY. I'll try to post my whereabouts from time to time.
