“It was weird Sass. Around the same time as the monsoon, there was a tree that put off these fuzzy seed pods that drifted like snow and then there was this prolific spider infestation. HUGE mothers too. There were ginormous spider & webs in every nook & cranny. Very surreal.”

“Same here, sticks. WE got .12 inches of rain a few days ago, but it evaporated quickly. There's a chance of rain next week, but I'm not betting on it. Unless I wash my car and the outside of all of our windows, if course. Or paint something outdoors. Or plan an outdoor party. ;P”

The ground is so dry I had to use a pick mattock to dig a hole. A shovel was like trying to dig in concrete.”
