“Nigal it's totally different. Pressure is sometimes light as a feather, and stuff like lymph node removal has to be taken into consideration. You can't use ANY pressure on the affected limb after node removal (that's if several have been removed, not just one or two for testing), for the rest of the pt's life. Most of the ca pt work is very very gentle. Lots of scar work and work for neuropathy of toes and fingers.”

“Well, there's the river trail close by and that's not too shabby. My main complaint is that they don't have any showers so I really can't get a good workout in and limit myself to walking to keep the sweat factor at bay. If they put in showers, I'd be all about a 10K over the lunch/exercise break...”
