Galibier boots
Anyone know where these great French boots can be bought. Hard to break in but they are the toughest boot I have ever worn .

Found this in the Outside magazine archives, from 2002. I'm guessing not much has changed since then.

I found a post where someone was trying to find these boots and was told to contact this company by phone. http://www.cordonnerie-deuso.com/

Supposedly they claim to carry the boots but I cant read french so I cant find any info on their site.

The only other suggestion I have is to try Ebay. I'll keep looking around and if I find anyting else I will update it here.

My French skills are limited, but that place seems to specialize in repairs.

If we're lucky, gremlin will see this thread and enlighten us all. Hell I bet he knows about these boots anyway.

I didn't find much. Google lists a bunch of shops and resortss in France that sell orrent their gear and then a listof resorts and outfitters at the mountain of the same name.

The site above seems to be more of an advertisement for the shop. I can't seem to find a link to an online catalog or any sort of e-commerce at all. They do have a contact email address though.
