Lol! I saw this. Funny thing is, after the hurricanes the markets were hit with a glut of fruit, most of which became frozen concentrate. It'll take years for the groves to recuprate.

Big story on NPR yesterday.
Besides the hurricane damage, apparently some fungus or other organism got distributed around the citrus growing area and entire groves are being cut down and burned. It will take a decade to recover, assuming the bug dies out by then.

I think I'm going to switch to grape juice for my morning juice.

I can live without orange juice, but if this happens in Columbia, man, ... I'm gonna have to go into detox or something.

Well, I've been buying flats of OJ in little bottles for a couple years now so I can get my morning juice fix. Right now, a flat of 24 10oz bottles costs $10 at Costco, or $0.42/bottle. But if the price goes up too much, I might be forced to choose something else. Sorry Florida.

Good luck finding American produced grape juice. Apple juice and little bottles of orange juice, for that matter too. Look at the label; I stopped buying Juicy Juice brand because many of their juices are from China.

As long as the beer supply and cost stays constant we should be fine.

I wish I had a grinder, they sell HUGE bags of roasted beans there. But I have no grinder. And I'm too cheap to buy one, boohoooo.
