hope all are enjoying the peaceful component of the winter holidays so far...arent the winter skies exceptionally sparkly and twinkly when clear?mmmm and those of you with snow...the moonlight on snow is pretty magnificent too....here in the south it shines on fallen leaves, which is a couple of notches down on the magnificent scale, but pretty cool in its own way.

“Yes indeed. I have my Christmas tree decked out with pinecones, in addition to ornamnets, and spent some time in the woods yesterday search for bittersweet vines to add to the garland over the front door. Didn't find enough to take any home though. =(

I'd like to string cranberries and make ornaments for the birds to eat too but there's not enough time in the day right now.”

“The night skies have been spectacular, as of late. I love the full moon reflecting of the snow covered ground. Last night when I walked the dog, I could see my shadow. I normally take a flash light, but certainly did not need it last night.”

Gem, I'm glade you like the package. I saw on another thread where you mentioned gluhwein so I thought the tea would be nice. The ornaments aren't very creative but they hold a lot of sentiment. They were my parents, passed down to me...now on to you.”

“Ruby - The package is on the return trip as of this morning. It should depart from Melbourne late this afternoon. It was such a pretty package I hated to send it back. The pick-up slip in my P.O. Box was dated yesterday. Until today my last visit there was on Friday.

You were correct about refusing the package. I asked the Postman for the best way to return the package and he replied, "Refused." So I said , "OK, please do it." He assured me that it would go back to you.”
