Actually, if you followed the thread, the very thing I was afraid would happen (Sass's Christmas spirit would be compromised if I got involved) happened anyways, even though I didn't sign up after birch invited me. So, what you call a whine, I call a thoughtful observation. It truly amazes me that Sass had to turn it into a battle of sorts.
