Heard a Rumour ..Coleman tent ...

“I was told the other day,when purchasing a tent that Woods Canada, had bought out the tent division of Coleman.Many of the Coleman Tent products were on sale (particularly the Coleman X-cursion series) as they were to be discontinued.Does anyone know if this rumour is true?? I do know that Woods Canada is trying to carve a new nitch in the outdoor industry since their canvas tent days. I`d hate to see the quality of their equipment drop.”

“I bought a Coleman three-person tent at Wally World earlier this year for the price of $37 and change. The one zipper promptly broke.”
