Backpack?

I'm new here....
I'm from Germany and stay in Nebraska right now. In a few weeks (before I\'ll go back to Germany) I wanna go to Arizona for 4 weeks.... among other thinhs I\'d love to go backpacking through the national parks and grand canyon. But my backpack is in Germany and a new one would be really expensive (I\'m only a student and don\'t have mone *lol*) is here somebody from Arizona (Phoenix would be great - becuase it\'s my arrival town) who would be willing to lend me his\'/hers?

“Not able to tell if this post is serious, but assuming it is check out the REI in Tempe. They rent packs, sleeping bags, and tents should you find no takers on your request and yourself short on gear in the states.

“Phantom - that might be it. I took 3yrs HS German. All I remember is we cheated a lot and our teacher, "Frau", was constantly saying to me (forgive the spelling again):
