Dub: kewlness. I wondered whose it was. You have a good eye, and the fall colour looked GREAT didn't it?

Awe crap, I thought I asked your permission to use it. Sorry Dub I'm usually anal about securing permissions but things have been slipping my mind lately.

I'll drop a "photo by:" credit on it this weekend.

I twisted the color a bit more.

A photo credit...cool! I would have okayed it if you'd have emailed me so no harm done. I was just surprised to see it there.

I'll add a few links to my website for TC4 next weekend when I get home...for some reason Holliday Inn blocks FTP from all of their hotels. It was like that in Atlanta and it's like that in CT.

FTP is blocked because of security and abuse issues.

Cool, you want that credit as Dub or a real name? Just email me how you want it to appear.

I emailed about 20 some odd hiking, biking, and running clubs to add the festival events to their calendar. West Virginia Trails Coalition added to their calendar. The Chattanooga Track Club added it to their non-ctc events among several other clubs that added it to their website calendars.
TN Home and Farm added it to their website calendar and are considering doing a story on the festival next spring if it is an annual event.
TTA added it to their website calendar.
I am trying to think of who else?

Oh, Valerie from the Core Group of Cgap got it in the Fall Tri-State brochure that sits at rest stops.

Barb also came to Knoxville and put out entry forms at the outfitters here..

Prosecuter was the first person to turn in the entry form for TC4. Just a reminder - if plan to enter, you need to turn in an entry form. Hee hee!

OK Now, wait...
Isn't this how woodstock got started?...lotsa word of mouth and "Volunteer" advertising...hmmmm I'm gonna drag out the old tye-dye T-shirts and the pictures back when I had hair, and pack in (Totally self contained mind you), to watch this blow up...lol. Then I can say, in my Older Age..."I was THERE man..."

Chris, I'm working some crazy hours now with my new job...thus my abscense from TT. I have some questions and I'll get back to you on Sunday probably.

Tina, send me a PDF of the fliers I can pass out to my favorite gear stores.

Or walk outside your place in the morning and say "OMG, there's an alligator at my feet!!"

(Kudos to Stovestomper for that idea, BTW) :-)

Just send it in a reasonable time so we can have a head count before October 15th. The deadline was changed a few times...
