“I have to log in three times before I can get into my Yahoo mail. Not sure why.”
“Bit, I have to type in the password each time. It remembers my user name which is why I don't believe it's my computer's fault.
Pixie, I'm with you. I've been having to do this for months now. Too much trouble to switch to someone different. I have yahoo DSL and could use that account but it'd be the same crappy service. But really, how much can we complain about something that's totally free?”
“I use Outlook Express. Even though my email is with Comcast, it comes directly to Outlook. Tarabull told me about it cause I wasn't to keen on the fact that my email was on comcast and I had a hard time learning their email system.”
“OK, if it's just asking for the password every time, and not your username, then the cookie is sticking around. Yahoo mail will interrogate you for your password regardless on a regular basis. For me, it happens every other day or so, but I tend to leave the same browser up (at work anyway) for long periods of time. If you're killing the browser every time, that may be it.”
“for gmail that is :) thanks!”
“Nope, I tend to only close our browser at the end of the night, if then. It's just stupid Yahoo.”
“4-UA? I'm not sure if I can Mrs Opie. I'm an AU season ticket holder!”
“Yea! Miss OPIE changed her nick!”
“oh no not an Auburn fan!!!”
“I'm proud of my degree that has the University of Alabama on it :) Much better than stinky Auburn!
It's been changed for a couple of weeks now!”
“I am not getting into Yahoo e-mail.
“Yep - they're having issues right now.”
“I got a couple of messages back from my ISP this morning that 2 messages I tried to send last night could not be sent to a yahoo address.
Message delivery to 'firstname.lastname@example.org' delayed
SMTP module(domain yahoo.com) reports:
connection with mx1.mail.yahoo.com is broken”
“hmmmm... in English, ski?? lol
well I still can't get in. Will try from work later. Course, I tried to go to the password change page and typed in my "challenge" answer wrong three or four times, so then it told me my account was "temporarily disabled."
AAAARGH~!!!!!! And all because originally I was trying to get into MY account with MY CORRECT PASSWORD... and was getting notices off MY YAHOO IM that I was getting e-mail!!”
“The e-mails I sent last night finally got delivered. Maybe yahoo's e-mail problems have been corrected.”
“Worked fine for me last night.
Must be a regional thing with the internet path.”
“anyone else having problems with Yahoo mail being so sssssslllllloooooowwwww”
Thanks For The Conformation, Ewker
“I feel better now that I know it isn't me.”
“YYYYYeeessssss iiiitttttt bbbbblllllooooowwwwwsssss”
“I do have a problem with the users of Yahoo mail being slow...”
“I only use it as my secondary account”
“yahoo is sucking wind again”
“Does anyone here knows who goes by "deathtruckjr"?
I know Dawn had some communication with one of the TT'ers with this handle. In any event, I just got an email with a virus attached. It got squashed pretty quick, but I wonder who this person is.”
“I think that's radagasts email address. I have no idea why I remembered that.”
“Damn raddy, don't you think I have it hard enough, bro?”
“Yep, that is radagast bastards email address.
I am going to take it for the time being that the two #&%!$ing events (communication with Dawn and the virus attack) are both innocent.
But my hackels are standing up right now.”
“How/when would they have met? He hasn't been on a TT trip in forever.”
“Don't know...and I am not going to elaborate.”
“I sent rad a message. I am sure it is raw nerves that have me keyed up.
But damn, the timing was wrong. I am going to hold judgment until I hear from him.”
“It's probably just a virus on his computer that caused the email to be sent...I seem to recall a long time ago, that happened to me...it looked like an email from Rad, but he hadn't intended to send it.”
“Sounds logical. My nerves are just frayed and it doesn't take much to torch me off lately.”
“Raddy would not do that, chili.
I don't think he even knows Dawn.”
“Yeah, just a couple of unrelated incidents, I am sure.”
“Rad has a very nice wife that he gets along with well. At least the couple of times I've camped with both.
I don't think you have to worry about Rad.”
“Oh hell, I know where the problem lies. It ain't rad. I am just frayed from nerves. I had wondered for a while who deathtruckjr was however.”
“deathtruckjr is the yahoo.com address I have for that stinker.”
“Why dont you leave me outta this siht please. I am sorry if everyone hates me. Sometimes things work and sometimes they dont.

“Some virus's take addresses off the host computer and create email that looks like its coming from those addresses.”
“I thought Raddy took antibiotics for that several years ago! Hope it clears up raddy!
BTW - Stovie is wrong again - Rad is a total bunghole.”
“Bubba Bear is being silly again.”
“No #&%!$ing comment.”
“I never met Rad, but I miss having him on TT.”
“I met Rad and he was good people, had dinner and drinks with he and his wife Jenn, nice couple.”
“I figure if Bubba Bear disapproves of someone, they must be good people.”
“Well thank God we have BB to identify bungholes...seeing as how I am not experienced in that area.”
“I met rad, I liked him.
Still haven't heard from him though.”
