“I have to log in three times before I can get into my Yahoo mail. Not sure why.”

Pixie, I'm with you. I've been having to do this for months now. Too much trouble to switch to someone different. I have yahoo DSL and could use that account but it'd be the same crappy service. But really, how much can we complain about something that's totally free?”

“I use Outlook Express. Even though my email is with Comcast, it comes directly to Outlook. Tarabull told me about it cause I wasn't to keen on the fact that my email was on comcast and I had a hard time learning their email system.”

“OK, if it's just asking for the password every time, and not your username, then the cookie is sticking around. Yahoo mail will interrogate you for your password regardless on a regular basis. For me, it happens every other day or so, but I tend to leave the same browser up (at work anyway) for long periods of time. If you're killing the browser every time, that may be it.”

well I still can't get in. Will try from work later. Course, I tried to go to the password change page and typed in my "challenge" answer wrong three or four times, so then it told me my account was "temporarily disabled."

AAAARGH~!!!!!! And all because originally I was trying to get into MY account with MY CORRECT PASSWORD... and was getting notices off MY YAHOO IM that I was getting e-mail!!”
