“Last week Hamhocker and I did a section hike on the AT. There were 3 guys who would pass us then we would pass them when they camped. On the last night of the trip we all ended up at the same campsite. We were all sitting at the table at Saunders Shelter talking. Hamhocker asked how they all knew each other. Well one thing lead to another and one guy said he was from Orlando, Fl. I only know one guy from there so I said do you go by the trail name Coop? Well sure enough it was him. It had been since some of the Ocala trips in 2003-2004 since we had seen each other.

Just goes to show what a small world it is and how hikers do tend to run into each other again down the road.
