He is also with a girl I absolutely can't stand and she has to be in Athens, WV tomorrow to take an exam for school. That's 250mi from here. Charleston is 180mi. He wants to borrow my car just to drive her home. He can't get his car back to OH without help and I'm really not in the mood to spend 6 hours tomorrow driving cause he screwed up. Normally I have no qualms about letting my friends borrow my car, but no one has asked to drive it 500mi before. My car has 85K mi on it and has never had new brakes...the rotors now have some grooves and the pads are worn down and I was going to replace them soon...I don't think the car is safe for a long trip like that.
