Recipe: 1 Chicken breast 6 Whole Mushrooms 1 Sweet Onion 1 bottle spagetti sauce 1 bag mozerella cheese In a small glass baking pan place the chicken and whole musrooms. Cut the onion in half and then quarter one half. Peel apart the two halves and spread around inside the pan. Cover chicken, onions, and mushrooms with any spices you prefer. Garlic and herb and seasoning salt work nicely. Cover mushrooms, onions, and chicken in spagetti sauce. Add 1/2 cup shredded cheese to the top. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 400F for 40 minutes.
