The car got fixed today - I spent from 9:30 till 4:00 at the shop. First we found a leak in a small bypass hose and determined that the thermostat wasn't working, so had to wait for the part and looked like I was gonna be outta there by 11:30. But oh no, once that was fixed the guy realized the fan motor was burnt out so had to order another part - this time it took over two hours to get delivered. So I spent pretty much the whole day watching a Roswell marathon on the TV at the shop. Kept thinking I should leave but knew as soon as I did, I surely get the call to come back and to go anywhere would have required a cab. #&%!$, if they'd got done before noon I was gonna head for NC afterall.
