FULL BODY FDG PET (scan) WITH CT (scan) FUSION

PET images of the head and neck demonstrate intense FDG uptake in the tonsillar regions and in the nasopharynx, as well as multiple bilateral foci of intense FDG uptake in the upper and lower neck, compatible with malignancy.

Tomographic images of the chest show multiple foci...fusing with right and left auxillary lymph nodes, compatible with malignancy.

Multiple foci...in the mediastinum, the largest fuses with a large mass in the right peritracheal region....malignancy

...Bilateral lung masses...malignancy

...abdomen & retroperitoneal nodes...malignancy

...bilateral iliac, bilateral inquinal,right upper femoral...tumor adenopathy.

Liver and spleen ROCK!*
Heart ROCKS!*

...left iliac bone near the the left sacroiliac joint...right ischium......malignant skeletal involvement.

...no definite evidence of malignancy in vertebra.

..#&%!$ is probably in the bone marrow. #&%!$ is everywhere!*

Impression:
Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Stage IV (still very curable). Chemotherapy ASAP.

“pixie, yes. Pseudoephedrine HCL (Sudafed) in tablet form was the most available source of crystal meth precursor. To combat home meth labs, most states have passed laws to restrict the sale of it and/or to record who's buying it.

So now, the Mexican labs that were making 65% of all the crystal meth in this country are soon going to be making 99% of it. At least we won't have to deal with the home labs anymore.”

“Anybody ever gotten up one morning..not done anything but shower then just get faint, hot and nauseated then pass out? (excluding morning sickness) It happened to me this morning...in fact its happened a few mornings over the past few months. Afterward I have this tingling and rubber band arms..plus the general jitters all day. blood pressure, blood sugar??

oh and yes I'm going to the doctor Thursday..I was just curious if anybody else ever had this happen.

“no family history of early menopause...hadn't thought about that idea. I also could heard the blood rushing in my head..or I think thats what it was. It was like a washing machine..wawwww waawww waawww sound..like my pulse or something. Weird and scared teh sheat out of me this time.

Toes and fingers are such a pain to heal. I had a boxers fracture once on my right hand...the splint was useless.

“OK, I'm finishing up 2005 with only one cold virus for the whole year (in February)! I only had 2 in 2004 and 4 in 2003! I'm currently on a 48-week streak - Woo hoo! From the end of '95 through the end of '00 I averaged more than 8 colds a year, so this is quite an improvement....”
