Under 17 (residents at least) does not require license.

Junior Voluntary All Species license (includes Salmon & trout) is $2.00 for 12-16.

Non-residents (Non Michigan) have to pay $1 for sport license then $7 for 24h all species license, $30 for restricted species annual license or $41 for all species annual license.

Residence would be $7, $14, $27 respectively. & if you are a resident, you can purchase your license on-line. :-)”
