I have just shown some of my colleagues this thread because they refused to believe the possibility of the number of posts on spoons.

Do we need a life?

So we picked up a couple of long handled titanium spoons from REI for under $10 each.

Chili just tested on by finishing off some fried rice out of the quart carton.

He said it is the perfect spoon. Long enough to get down to the bottom of the container without getting his hands dirty, the spoon was shaped just right so that it would hold enough without being too deep, and the end of the spoon is sort of flattened instead of rounded which allowed him to scrape everything out of the bottom of the container.

He gives this an A+

There's an out of context quote somewhere in there. I just know it.

I hope not. He has the flu and has been delirious but I think I understood what he was talking about.

Yesterday, he had a high fever and was unintelligible.

We have the same spoons NG. My only complaint is that with the semi-squared end its hard to get food from the corners of ziplocs. The long handle and lightweight are awesome.

It sure looks like it will be better than the titanium spork.

I...have the perfect spoon....lmao

but I cannot use it for hiking for fear that it would break..My perfect spoon was made with love and care by Birch...a wooden TT perfect spoon given to me in the annual christmas ornament exchange by BIRCH.

best one I ever got...no spoon can ever come close, in fact Birch it hangs out all year round....and for that I thank you

I have Birch's plastic soup spoon... maybe it's Sass' I dunno, but they WILL get it back the next time I see them. It was accidentally loaned - long term - to me at the last Mother's Day trip. I haven't forgot where it came from.
