This Saturday, May 3
The Obed Riverfest is this weekend in downtown Wartburg. When I visited with the Morgan County Chamber of Commerce last December in regard to Tc2, they told me this has turned into a good sized festival.

Events begin at 8 on the river and music begins at noon on the courthouse square.

LOL,,I can't vouch for it treebait, just going with what they sent to me. But apparently they had about 4,000 white water enthusiasts last year.

The Cumberland Trail along the Obed River is Very Cool!
Frozen Head SP is also close. That's a great place to hike also.

Man it's been years since I paddled the Obed-Emory system. Beautiful rivers! If I was closer, I'd go...

I have been planning to go the campground there and, perhaps, do a little hiking. The literature on Obed is interesting.
