Webshots Views explosion

“My new webshots folders from Mardi Gras have had 594, 297, and 281 views since Midnight last night. They don't even have mardi gras in the subject or title. I took 94 pics from a massive rave that i attended Saturday night..anyone else see this kinda popularity in one of their webshots albumns?”

“I uploaded last weekends pics ~midnight Sunday after I got home. This morning it had 596 views.

My biggest album is on snownymphjmt "misc" has 11,748 views total.

My second biggest is 9,185 for the "Banner Peak" backpack, then the "Black Canyon" canoe trip is at 8,905.

7 albums are at 4000-6000, then the number drops from there. I have one under Climbing, which is up at 5,500.

I've got 3 Webshots accounts, 123 albums, most listed under snowboarding or hiking/backpacking. But my biggest one is listed under entertainment.

I've been looking at the numbers too. I have several friends that are viewing as I upload.”

“Whoa! Just got my weekly email from Webshots about this week's activity - usually I get it on Friday, though.... Is it Friday yet?!

3,500+ views this week, and closing fast on 100,000 views. Holy Cow! The leaders were:
1 - Tioga Pass Resort (backcountry skiing in January of this year) - 200+ views.
2 - Mosquito Lakes backpacking trip a couple weeks ago - 190 views.
3 - Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk - birthday activity for BowlderSon a couple years ago - 170 views.

“They've changed things around it seems. They used to give you all the stats on your first three albums, then none on the others. The last few emails I've gotten don't show me any stats at all, except for the cumulative totals.”

If you use the freebie version it only returns hits for your first three albums. If you use the paid version it gives you everything.”
