I think anyone that is going to the Peace March on Sat. should wear there TT'T-shirt. That way we can rally together!!

How 'bout a WAR MARCH?
Is this what you're talking about?
Appeals court: OK to ban permit for peace march near United Nations.

It should be noted that: " ... found the city acted legally when it permitted a rally for 100,000 people or more, but barred a march this Saturday." If this is correct, you would not be within the law if you go on a peace march.

Sounds to me like a bunch of antagonistic, trouble-making protesters getting together. But, make it a WAR MARCH and I might participate.

It stands to reason that if your elected leaders don't act toward your beliefs, you will vote against them, whether or not you voted for them the first time.

Or, are you just taking another shot at anything that remotely resembles liberal thinking. if you are, why don't you just say so.

Those antagonistic trouble-making protesters who got shot in the Boston Massacre deserved it. They should have just stayed home and went along with what King George decreed.

So, let me get you right. Anyone who doesn't think like you is a wimpy, soppy little no brain robot. And those that do are bright, competant people who think everything through and never make wrong decisions. Is that correct?

For some reason the O'Jays "Love Train" is going through my head after reading this thread.
Yea Baby, Yea!!!!

People all over the world (everybody)
Join hands (join)
Start a love train, love train
People all over the world (all the world, now)
Join hands (love ride)
Start a love train (love ride), love train
The next stop that we make will be soon
Tell all the folks in Russia, and China, too
Don't you know that it's time to get on board
And let this train keep on riding, riding on through
Well, well
People all over the world (you don't need no money)
Join hands (come on)
Start a love train, love train (don't need no ticket, come on)
People all over the world (Join in, ride this train)
Join in (Ride this train, y'all)
Start a love train (Come on, train), love train
All of you brothers over in Africa
Tell all the folks in Egypt, and Israel, too
Please don't miss this train at the station
'Cause if you miss it, I feel sorry, sorry for you
Well
People all over the world (Sisters and brothers)
Join hands (join, come on)
Start a love train (ride this train, y'all), love train (Come on)
People all over the world (Don't need no tickets)
Join hands (come on, ride)
Start a love train, love train
Ride, let it ride
Let it ride
Let it ride
People, ain't no war
People all over the world (on this train)
Join in (ride the train)
Start a love train, love train (ride the train, y'all)
People all over the world (come on)
Join hands (you can ride or stand, yeah)
Start a love train, love train (makin' love)
People all over the world ('round the world, y'all)
Join hands (come on)
Start a love train, love train

If you can't stand any line of thinking opposed to yours, maybe this fits your ideology...

Fascism - a political philosophy, movement or regime that exalts nation , and often race, above the individual and that stands for a centralized, autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation and forcible suppression of opposition.

I did not vote for the MORON BUSH so this would be another good way to tell that MORON how I feel. problem with that???

I disagree.

Let’s take a simplistic example…

Liberal’s reaction to Bill Clinton’s crimes.

Conservative reaction to Trent Lott’s comments at his friends 100th birthday.

And conservatives wish to ban abortion on an emotional appeal ("it's murder!"), whereas liberals see the pragmatic logic behind keeping it legal.

This kind of exchange does nothing to advance the debate.

Your assertion that liberals base their opinions on emotion while conservatives base theirs on logic is demonstrably false on both points. So it's really just a canned talking point, repeated ad naseum on message boards, and it's very telling of your capability to debate anything of merit on this subject.
