Mix PB and raw tuna in a bowl...press into 1 Inch thick cakes, wrap with precooked bacon (Still soft enough to bend)...

Flash Fry in an Iron Skillet preheated to sear the outside of the cakes...

It was my first day back at work after my honeymoon, the wife calls and asks if I am coming home for lunch, it's only a few minute trip home so I say OK.

Get home, table is set with our new china, candlelight etc. Sit down and am served a PB and banana sandwich.”
