colts out-gained seahawks 387-332 BUT were outscored 28-13

seahawks ran for over 170 yards BUT colts were missing several of their best defensive players, including their 3 pro-bowlers (freeney did play a handful of plays)

just like in the regular season finale last year, jim sorgi showed that he is a capable back-up that can manage the team should the need arise, if not exactly an exciting one

the colts lost on the road to the best team in the nfc, but if they meet again, it will be in the much more friendly confines of the detroit superdome. itll almost be like a home game

itll be exciting if they meet again. the two leading candidates for mvp (manning and alexander), the two best offenses, one team thats never even been vs one team that has not been in a long, long time, plus 2 of the best coaches leading their teams into what could be a super-shootout

but watch out for them bears. they got an offense now to go along with that suffocating defense”

Then the Colts pulled their starters to prevent any further injury to their psyche. (By the way, the Seahawks have the best record in the NFL by virtue of the head-to-head tie-breaker.)

It was good to see the Bears wrap up the second seed. Hopefully they will be facing the Seahawks in the NFC championship game which will give the Seahawks an easy game and chance to rest up for the Superbowl.
