The other one was a new recipe, and it's not wanting to set up properly; pecan sweet potato Mexican style fudge. It looks like pralines, really. About the same recipe, too. I'm concerned about it being slow to set. It has until 4:45 pm to make up it's mind. If it doesn't, it's getting reheated and turned into gooey ice cream topping. For the first time in nearly a month it was above freezing when I came downstairs this morning! Of course, I'm usually down around 5:30, not 9:20 like this morning.
