There's a coating of snow and it might snow more later. They rescued an 82 year old hiker the other day that was missing after he went on a hike at a park in Northeast PA. They found him at 3 AM and other than a back injury and being cold since it was in the 20's, he was okay. They found him by using his cell phone. I'm doing about 40 minutes of cardio, followed by half an hour of various stretching routines (including stabilizing ball and elastic bands), followed by 30 minutes of weight training. He's been a trainer for half his life, but working out since he was around 10 years of age. I'm never too tired or ragged because he's quite good at limiting what I do...not allowing me to work beyond the point of losing proper form. I doubt there's any weight loss, but my jeans are already looser and I'm sleeping a lot better, although I still wake up easily to put wood on the fire.” 8:23:18 AM 11/21/08 “Morning! HPM watched a very weird accident. THis woman somewhere in her 60's pulled into the parking lot. A water truck behind her made a loud rattling noise as it accelerated past her, and she thought she hit something in the parking area. She leaned out of the car door (still in gear and running) to look, and fell face first out of the small suv. It crept forward, rolled over her shins/ ankles, and almost into the back of HPM's car. A man nearby stopped the car just in time. She got a pretty serious case of road rash on her legs, with some deeper lacerations, but she could walk pretty well. This evening, around 5, I called my brother on a lark. I happened to see a candy apple red el camino on the back of a tow truck (My brother's fave car) and thought of him. In chatting with him, I found out my nephew's been stuck on layover in the Charlotte airport since about 9 am, and was flying out at 6 pm. I haven't seen my nephew in almost a year, and he's on his way home for a few weeks before he goes to Maryland, to whatever navy base he's been stuck in to. I was pretty ticked off about this. My brother knew about this layover for some time and it never even occurred to him I might want to spend time with my nephew.
