I don't know how it is in Nov though tempwise. The restaurants and shops are all open, but no crowds. You all would like the Cape San Blas area. I have a link on my webshots album. You can rent seakayaks and paddle the Bay. You have St. George and St. Vincents Islands nearby. One of them is a wildlife refuge. Look up Port Saint Joe on google maps and look west at the long peninsula and then south at the other two islands. Savannah and Charleston are nice. Lots of history.
