Wonder what that means? No working at the shuttle today. We tossed 56 kids in the water yesterday, tube floating down the beautiful Namekagon. Guess what? All 56 returned. The best part of my job is working with the people and helping set the mood to have a great time. Another guess what? Kids still sing "99 bottles of beer"...even kids at church camp. Put a deposit down on a '97 Jeep Cherokee last night. Something a little spiffier and more reliable than the old farm truck. It feels good to have a little jingle in my pocket again. Probably. Freckles went nuts both times. During the first incident she was inside, but the second had her tied up near the deck. Melanie was in the kitchen when the ruckus started (I was at work and Les was planting the field) and she promptly went outside, untied Freckles and brought her in. My wife went with the girls down to the swimmin hole and us two sat on a rock and told lies. Then Nowslimmer took my wife and I out to eat at a local Mex restaurant. Rascal wouldn't let me pay.........I'll get him back for that.......... I'll get to see him tomorrow too in the afternoon before he leaves the area........maybe he'll stay and come to church.....as long as he don't tell no 'lies' to the churchy folks........ I didn't ask if he was still pissed cause I sent his cup around the world before he got it. Seems to be a scheduling problem that will have to be addressed. At one time yesterday we had 170 collective human years trying to get one stubborn canoe on the top rung of the trailer.
