In talking to my uncle who helped program the robotics that build my car we found out that there are many many layers of metal, foam, and other craziness to give it impact resistance. He thinks that there's no way it could be repaired w/o replacing the entire side of the car. Should be an interesting week. Birch is hoping for a total. He'll get to get something different and I'll take his car (I always wanted a black one anyways). Not much happening this week. Abby gets "invested" in Girl Scouts tomorrow. Just back from the Resource Cafe after my morning coffee and a sweet roll. Got a little wet in a morning drizzle riding my bicycle. A resident removed his chess set from the Cafe. He said he had become too busy to play any more in the mornings. He suggested playing in the afternoons, but I turned that down. The Cafe closes at 3 PM and usually I don't return from the pool hall until after 2 PM. And then, sometimes, I like to take a nap or just lay down for a while. I like to think that he realized that he was going to be whopped, if he continued to play me. After I decided to concentrate on our games, I won the last two games decisively by playing two of the best games of my life. I had lost a few because of carelessness, paying too much attention to the surroundings. So, our series ended at 4-4. There must be a demand for it, since she has done good with it on E-Bay. Her "Bio" section seems well written. Of course, there is no credit given to Mom or Daddy. The Airport Authority, which manages our trailer park for the city owner, is putting more pressure on me to relocate. My neighbor checked with an attorney and was informed that we can't win, but the case could be drawn out for a few years. We both now want upgrades. But we don't know how far we can get them to invest in this relocation. And the only reason that we can find for their beautification project is that it might help them to lease the property across the street, since the county backed out of it and is building the Sr. Center elsewhere. I did find out that the currenter directer of the Airport Authority is the one with the feather in his butt. He was involved in another beautification deal with an old trailer, which was removed from the park after an illegal auction failed. Ah, here comes the sun. Clouds from the ocean are breaking-up. Guess I better go home hunting.
