We spent a long time hunched over the boxes of tiles, going through them one by one at HD yesterday. Now I just need to line them up just right, get a few cut and go to town with mortar and grout. I no longer make task lists, since I could never locate them. Clean up things was always making the lists, but seldom made it to to the top. Other things just repeat. Like right now I need to see about getting some new prescriptions, do the laundry, put the trash out by the street, pay some bills, put my inflatable kayak in my storage unit, get a hair cut, do some food shopping, wash the dishes, etc. I feel worn out and I have not even started. Think I'll take a nap, first. After all, the doctor did tell me to rest and to do no exercising. There are apples in the apple pie. In fact I just had some with ice cream. And two quarts of strawberries have been in my refrigerator for two weeks. My daughter only cleaned what she and my granddaughter ate. I tried to get her to clean them all. Guess I should have held out longer on giving her a check for a replacement car. How old do I have to be to eat the things I enjoy? One reason I'm so tough and have lived so long is that I was raised on Rock Candy, Brick Ice cream and Marble Cake. BTW, I bought some after dinner mints, too.
