Just a tad chilly. I had to put the dog's cordura booties on so he wouldn't get ice balls between the pads on his feet. When it's that cold out, his body heat melts the snow and then it freezes to the hair between his toes. It looks like it is pretty painful when that happens. It's funny seeing him walk for the first few minutes after I put the booties on. He kind of "high steps" attempting to keep his feet off the floor. Once he gets outside, he forgets about them and walks normally. I wore mittens instead of gloves and a balaclava under my hat.
