GTX 95 Asolo question
I know a few of my fellow BPers have this boot as well as I do. I want to treat the boots with a little TLC and wondering what kind of water proofing/conditioner that you use on them.

I have some Nik wax paste but I think that is for smooth leather and these boots have some cloth in them so I really am at a loss.

Thanks,

I've never used the Nikwax spray but that's the kind of thing it says it's made for.

For my pair, I am using a Nikwax variety that is for Nubuk leather and fabrics and comes in a dauber-style bottle. About $8 for the bottle. Shake it good and press down like applying liquid polish. They have it at REI and other gear stores that have the full Nikwax selection. So far it has kept them looking almost brand new...just brush off the dirt or dried mud.

Thanks for the info.. I am going to swing by the outfitter store today after work and get some. They took a beating this weekend from the PA trails and they still look new but I just want to keep'em that way.

I appreciate th info...

Well I got some of the stuff and put it on the ole boots. It darkened the light leather but I figured that is better than letting them wet through...

Thanks
