That's funny. I'm listening to Earth Wind and Fire again. I think it is impossible for me to be in a bad mood while I listen to them. I particularly like Fantasy. There is this one lyric that makes me laugh: "It's your day, shining day, all your dreams come true." "shining day" always sounds like "chardonnay" to me and makes me giggle.” 3:21:43 PM 4/20/05 “None...I tune into the sounds of nay-chure. :P” 4:15:08 PM 4/20/05 “I've moved on to Snow Patrol.” 4:22:46 PM 4/20/05 “I'm not exactly a very pious person but I do find myself really enjoying Gosphel music. It was recorded in 1958 and sounded great. The other side of the record, I heard, had the selection in English. When I return home, I'm going to have to search for a copy of it for my youngest granddaughter. You have to solder all of the parts on the boards but with a decent soldering iron, you can put one together in an afternoon. They are a fun project. These are tiny. 1/2 the size of a pack of cigarettes, and put out some great sound. Guys use these for their home systems. Put it in a 5x2" Radio Shack project box with a few banana jacks and a 8 AA battery holder and MP3 player and bingo....The ultimate sound system. Oh yeah..don't forget the speakers, and Nigal..I have Fragile, Close to the Edge and The Yes Album on my MP3 :) Listening to it right now.” 9:37:46 PM 5/16/05 “The Fragile - Nine Inch Nails Arguable one of the best produced albums. Ever. Call him an arrogant a$$ or not, Trent Reznor is 'smiths up some darned fine music. Ordin” 6:55:25 PM 5/17/05 “Iron Maiden "Dance of Death" Great CD!!!” 6:57:09 PM 5/17/05 “These are the ones I use. 12oz. With 4 AA batteries. I normally leave the batteries at home and just use the speakers non-amped. They won’t blow you away with volume but on the trail I don’t need that. They do sound awesome though. Combined with the Sony MD player It's a nice little system. The MD disks hold five hours on each disk and the player is like 4 oz. Battery life on the speakers is 24 hours and the player goes for 40 hours on one battery. ![]() Sony.com last edited: 5/17/05 7:10:47 PM” 7:07:30 PM 5/17/05 “Opeth, Radiohead, Interpol” 1:57:56 AM 5/18/05 the clash “london calling” 6:49:16 AM 5/18/05 “Good Choice!
