“vix - 2 asprin before bed. Keep large glass of water on night satnd. program body clock to wake up every 3 hours and re hydrate. In the morning, nice breakfast with either bagals/cream cheese or 2 eggs, hash browns, a hamberger patty (medium well) and wheat toast. If previous night was quite eventful, add a side order of french toast. if none of this is possible, Bloody Marys and 'rips and go back to bed. Rinse, repeat...”

“Couple hits of Humboldt Home Grown without the booze -- before ya start drinkin. Hangovers SUCK and smoking pot instead is the only way I can think of to avoid them.

Seriously, the best advise I've heard is to drink plenty of water WHILE YER DRINKIN' to avoid your body from becoming dehydrated. When I drink about a gallon of water when I'm boozin the hangovers are usually much milder. Also, drink a big glass of H2O before you fall asleep/pass out, and another quart when you wake up. And tylenol and asprin.”

Otherwise, Gatorade(or any other electrolyte drink) helps to replenish the fluids your body loses from consuming all that alcohol... pain relievers just mask the symptoms, they don't cure the problem. That being said however, Advil is a wondrous invention(and waaaay easier on your liver than Tylenol)!”
